Digital Scoreboard Hiring Fees
The cost of hiring a digital scoreboard depends on several factors, including:
- Who is hiring the scoreboard — a professional club, school, business, community group, or local association
- Where the scoreboard will be used
- How many days, weeks, or months you need it
- The type and size of the tournament or event
- The size and type of scoreboard required
- The travel distance and associated costs, such as fuel, tolls and parking
- The budget available for the event
Our customers range from large, multimillion-dollar sporting organisations such as Penrith Panthers to local community organisations such as the Bangladesh Cricket League.
Every event is different. Some tournaments have a significant entry fee — for example, some city polo events charge around $9,000 for entry — while other community events have free entry. Some organisations hire our scoreboards for a single day once a year, while others hire them for several weeks or even three months.
Location also makes a significant difference. We are based in St Marys, Western Sydney. Some customers are nearby, while others may require considerable travel. A booking in or near St Marys involves very different costs from a booking on the other side of Sydney, where we may have to pay for fuel, tolls and parking.
We also have different scoreboard sizes and configurations, so the equipment required can vary from one event to another.
For these reasons, it would not be fair or practical to charge every customer the same flat rate. We have tried to make the pricing simple, but a single price simply does not work for every type of event.
One simple rule for those who hire once in 2+ months
If you need a scoreboard for just one event in every 2+ months, our standard starting price is:
$750/day — events involving adults
$500/day — events involving children
For other arrangements — including multiple days, weeks, longer-term hire, larger tournaments or different scoreboard requirements — please contact us and we can discuss the options. The fee will be extremely low.

We are based in St Marys, NSW, and generally provide scoreboard hire within approximately a 50 km radius.

St Marys, Penrith, Blacktown, Mount Druitt, Rooty Hill, St Clair, Orchard Hills, Emu Plains, Marsden Park, Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Parramatta, parts of Baulkham Hills, Quakers Hill and nearby suburbs.
Within approximately 50 km:
The above areas plus Liverpool, Fairfield, Cabramatta, Auburn, Granville, Camden, Campbelltown, Richmond, Windsor, Narellan and other surrounding areas within our service radius.
Travel outside our normal service area may not be possible.
We do not currently provide scoreboard hire to clubs located in North Sydney.
