Factors That May Affect the Hire Fee

  • Distance of the venue from St Marys, NSW
  • Type and size of the scoreboard required
  • Number of games or matches
  • Total duration of the event
  • Number of days, weekends, or weeks of hire
  • Whether on-site technical support is required throughout the event
  • Size and nature of the event
  • Community, junior, professional, commercial, or charity event
  • Free-entry or ticketed event
  • Number of scoreboards or additional equipment required
  • Parking fees, tolls, and difficult venue access
  • Setup and pack-down requirements
  • Early-morning, late-night, weekend, or public-holiday requirements
  • Special scoreboard configuration or customisation
  • Long-term or recurring bookings, which may qualify for reduced rates
  • Additional staff required for larger events
  • Short-notice bookings or changes to an existing booking

We consider these factors so that each customer receives a fair quote based on their actual requirements, rather than applying the same flat rate to every event.

If you want a flat rate fee, then, it’s 1500 dollars a day because a Sydney based club has paid that.
