Once you contact us to hire a scoreboard and confirm a date, we kindly ask that you keep us informed on the collection day. If you’re unable to attend, or if we’re unable to reach you by phone or message, we will wait for one additional day for your response.
If we still don’t hear back, we may need to make the scoreboard available to other customers, and unfortunately it may no longer be reserved for you.
We completely understand that matches can be cancelled and plans can change — all we ask is a quick message to let us know. Clear communication helps us serve everyone better, and avoids unnecessary waiting on both sides.
- Could you please specify which type of scoreboard you require? Options include hockey, rugby, AFL, tennis, table tennis, soccer, cricket, netball, and polo.
- Kindly provide the location where the scoreboard will be utilized. Please include the address of the ground.
- Additionally, could you indicate the duration for which the scoreboard will be needed? This includes the number of days, weeks, or months it will be in use.
